The Porterfield Pass

Who It’s For: The avid theatre go-er – now, you don’t have to miss anything at Main Stage plus, enjoy four shows of your choosing at Barter Stage II! You won’t want to share these because there’s one admission for each Main Stage Show. This is the only passbook with show specific admissions. It’s the absolute best value and you can sit back, relax and have it all while saving more than half off regular ticket prices!

What You Get: Twelve admissions for $19 each. Total = $228

One admission to every production at Barter Theatre’s Main Stage, and four passes for Barter Stage II productions. Twelve coupons, $228 until 12/31/2011; $234 on or after 1/1/2012. PassBooks ordered online will be mailed.

The Anytime Pass

Who It’s For: The theatre lover who is more spontaneous. Your life has no limits and flexibility is important to you. You don’t know what two weeks from now holds, but you do know culture and art are important. Convenience costs a little more, but it’s worth it with no black out dates and limits.
What You Get: Six admissions for $28 each. Total = $16

Six admissions, which can be used at anytime. $168 until 12/31/2011; $176 on or after 1/1/2012.

The Value Pass

Who It’s For: Just like the spontaneous buyer, you don’t like being tied down. But let’s be real, unlike the spontaneous buyer, no limits is not worth a higher price to you. A value pass offers the flexibility of seeing a show on the date of your choice except Friday or Saturday evenings. That’s ok. A weekday and weekend afternoon treat of theatre is just what the doctor ordered.
What You Get: Six admissions for $25 each. Total = $150

Six coupons good anytime other than Friday or Saturday evenings. $150 until 12/31/2011; $159 on or after 1/1/2012.

The Early Bird Pass

Who It’s For: Price is important to you and you know the value of the Early Bird! You get six admissions, to share or keep to yourself, for the low price of $20 per ticket. That’s half off in some cases. The most expensive ticket to Barter is $42 and you can feel good about treating yourself and your wallet!

What You Get: Six admissions for $20 each. Total = $120

Six coupons valid for the first twelve performances of any show. $120 until 12/31/2011; $126 on or after 1/1/2012.

The 5 to 30 Pass

Who It’s For: Perfect for anyone between the ages of 5 to 30 years old. Bring a group to see 9 to 5: The Musical or The 39 Steps (as long as your attendants are under 30) or split them up and have a date night – twice!
What You Get: Four admissions for $18.50 each. Total = $74

Four admissions to anything Barter has to offer throughout the season. This pass is to be used by anyone in this age group. (Available throughout the year or while supplies last) $74 until 12/31/2011; $80 on or after 1/1/2012.

Discount PassBook Policies

Discount PassBook coupon holders are required to make reservations and exchange their coupons for tickets at the box office or by mail. A coupon must be exchanged for each ticket. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Please call the Box Office to cancel reservations if you are unable to attend. You may cancel or reduce the number of reserved tickets until two hours before a performance. Patrons who fail to notify the Box Office of a cancellation will be responsible for the cost of total tickets reserved.

The cost of total tickets will be charged to your credit card if not cancelled two hours prior to the performance.

Tickets not picked up 45 minutes prior to the performance are subject to release.

PassBook coupon holders are responsible for all reservations once they arrive at the Box Office to pick up their tickets, NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE WINDOW. EARLY BIRD PassBook holders CANNOT upgrade or extend the use of their coupons past the designated dates, so please do not ask the Box Office staff to do so. Discount PassBook sales begin in October.
