Something truly amazing happened tonight. A room full of strangers became totally united with an event that forever changed the lives of Kingsport citizens. The audience was filled with those who were there when it happened. Some were family members of employees. Some had just heard about the tragedy and others had no idea about the history. It didn't matter. For about 1 1/2 hours we shared, we lived, and we felt same thing. The directors and the cast were awesome. The talk-back panel was awesome as well. It was something I've never experienced before in attending any play. We are not so separated as we might think. If you've ever experienced joy, sadness, rage, anger, and a good laugh, come experience this play. It will take you to a higher level. Barter Theatre, it was a most excellent evening and Lori, you didn't do too bad either! LOL! Thanks again for a truly awesome experience!
