My cousin and I heard about Barter from a friend and made our plans without any real knowledge of what to expect. We both left there just blown away at the professional level of everyone in the play. We have been to other venues and both think Barter is our best experience so far. We most definetely plan to return and bring friends.more > — Via Survey
I love big musicals and this one did not disappoint.more > — Via Survey
Wonderful to be able to see this high quality of acting, singing, etc. without having to go to Broadway! The staff is so friendly and the smallness of the theatre makes it seem like you're near the front no matter where you sit.more > — Via Survey
It was terrific!! Ellie and Sean were both superb! And the rest of the cast was awesome!more > — Via Survey
We had a visitor from Panama, who attended with us. We all had a great experience at Barter. I think it was the highlight of her trip.more > — Via Survey
The actors were so talented and professional. "Legally Blonde - the Musical" is fabulous. The history of this theater is intriguing.more > — Peg K via TripAdvisor.com
It was fantastic. The only reason I rated the show as "Near the top" rather than "the best" is simply due to the fact that every play I have seen at the Barter has been fantastic.more > — Via Survey
There is a serious lesson to be learned about how we as a society, despite all our lip service to the contrary, still - actually, more than ever - judge others by appearances and pre-concieved notions of what people and things should be like.more > — Robert McKinney, Bristol Herald Courier, www.tricities.com
Seize any opportunity you may have to see this production!more > — Zach Cooley, Wytheville Enterprise
I would love to see it again!more > — Teresa Speak via email
Legally Blonde The Musical was an absolute treat! :D I was so excited to see some of my favorite Barter Players in the cast! :D It was awesome to see them in a main stage production! Justin Tyler Lewis was an awesome Warner! I didn't know he could sing! :o Ellie Mooney was perfect for Elle and everyone else was fabulous as usual! I just love the energy that Ashley Campos and Abby C. Elliot bring to each production, as well as the people who were brought in/back for certain roles! Paullette brought the house down and the dogs stole the show! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Words can't describe the fun that I had that night! I love going to Barter Theatre because every time that I go, I am reminded why I love theatre and why I want to make a career out of it one day! The creativity never stops! "MAD PROPS" to Amanda for some kick-butt choreography that was cute, funny, dazzling, and above all memorizing! The set was wonderful and again "MAD PROPS" to Rick Rose for another wonderfully directed show! Steve is wonderful and always has the music sounding superb! Thanks again for putting up this production, and for all others that you have done, are doing, and will do! The magic of theatre really is sparked at Barter!.more > — Hunter Osborne via Facebook.com/bartertheatre
The vocals are perfect, the choreography is exciting and the set and costumes are as good as they get.more > — Kristina K. Morris via Facebook.com/BarterTheatre
