A letter of request must be turned in to receive a ticket donation.
Please provide Barter Theatre with a letter, on organization letter head, stating the following:
- Event Date
- Reason for Event
- What the money raised by your event will benefit
The letter will need to be turned in at least one month in advance of event.
Any requests that are made two weeks prior to event are less likely to be processed in time.
